27simn管材的特性好于30Mn2钢，切削性能比较高，在水里临界值淬透孔径达8mm-22mm，可车削性优良，加工硬化可塑性及焊接性能中等水平。此外，钢在热处理工艺时延展性降低很少，但但有非常高的强度耐磨性能，尤其是水淬后仍有较高的延展性。可是此钢对小白点敏感度大，热处理工艺时会回火脆性趋向及超温敏感度。27simn无缝钢管主要是在热处理状况下应用，用于制作规定高耐磨和耐磨性能热五金冲压件；还可在淬火或热扎供货状况下应用，如拖拉机的履带式销等。 |
